Davis Block & Concrete

The Davis Block Showroom, located in Soldotna, Alaska, is a two story, 4,413 sq.ft. office building which utilizes Davis Block represented products in order to provide a first-hand visual experience for their clients. They have supplied the Kenai Peninsula with redi-mix concrete for residential and commercial construction over the past 35 years. Our aim for this project was to create a welcoming environment where they could proudly display a wide selection of stone and concrete materials, which would otherwise be difficult to transport for showing to potential customers. The space allows for interaction with these various types of materials, giving the client a distinct way of browsing through different options. Throughout the building, lighting was essential in order to present an accurate portrayal of their products. We integrated a second level into the design which includes an office, kitchen, and restroom, making daily office work both more enjoyable and efficient.
